The Needs Attention Checkbox
A log entry may be made into a Problem Report, by selecting the "Needs Attention" checkbox as shown:
Problem Categorization and Assignment
After the log entry has been submitted, you will be asked to specify the affected system and choose the group to which the problem should initially be assigned.
