Email Notification
When a Problem Report entry is created or updated, email will be sent to the designated leaders of the selected responsible group. The list of group leadres is available at HCO Group Leaders.
The email the group leader receives will be formatted to look nearly identical to the way the PR entry appears on the web. Included will be an "Update this Record..." link which can be clicked in the email to open the form to edit the PR in a web browser.
